Houston's Bad Boy of Jazz, Brennen Nase, has managed to capture the ear and imagination of none other than The President of Texas, Willie Nelson. 

Brennen and co-writer (whose name I'll post as quickly as I can find it) have written a song about putting/keeping America first... he and Willie will be singing together on it.  Willie demanded that Mr. Nase be on the recording.

More details to come ASAP and sorry I don't know more at the moment. 

Congratulations to Brennen, to his co-writer, and to his wife, the very beautiful and super-skilled/gifted vocalist, bassist, songwriter and choral director, Ms. Steffany Johnston (whom I am sure must have been privileged to hear it all go down in Austin.)
