Background

Gerald earned his B. A. degree in music from Prairie View A & M in 1960. His senior recital was performed on the Flute. In 1964 he earned his M.M. Ed. Degree from the Vander-Cook College of Music in Chicago, Ill. Gerald is now performing with several big bands, combos, and duos in and around Houston. He is also teaching private lessons, and working as a music consultant, and Clinician.
