Background

 The names Alex Villarreal I am a Music Major and Trombone player (Also play Euphonium and Tuba) currently attending San Jacinto Community College where I study under Karen Marston (Trombonist with degrees from North Texas and Rice) and I also study under Jeff Adams for Jazz Improv.  I have been playing Jazz since 2002 with The 225 Big Band in Pasadena where I played all 4 bone parts at one time or another.  Currently I play with the Jazz Band and Jazz Combo at San Jac and I am starting a combo which will hopefully start performing in May or June.  Its a five piece combo with Trombone, Trumpet, Drums, Piano, and Bass.  We may ask certain artist to be featured on certain shows so we may be contacting you.  If you would like to add trombone to your sound, interested in joining the combo or being featured, or if your looking for someone to teach low brass lessons please feel free to drop a line.
