Background

Saxophonist, Mark Holter resides in The Woodlands with his wife Gretchen and one son Rodney. He serves as Instrumental Director for StoneBridge Church.

Mark makes a living as a professional musician and music educator specializing in Jazz. He works full time for Project GRAD Houston, a non-profit group that provides Fine Arts Education to inner-city students.

Holter is also Instructor of Music at Houston Community College Central where he teaches Jazz Band, Improvisation, Composition and Arranging, and Private Lessons.

His Group, The Bopmeisters have three CD's out and Texas Jazz Central, the big band from HCC Central just released their 2nd CD.
